✦ Credit me for the design/art/species, at least once per character.
✦ Character is 100% yours to do with as you wish, you do not need my permission to change anything.
✦ There's no masterlist, so it's up to individuals to maintain proof of ownership.🌺 MYOS 🌺
✦ Credit me for the species at least once per character.
✦ MYOs do not need my approval and are 100% free to create and change.
✦ You don't even need to strictly follow the species reference sheet! Feel free to make your own traits. Have fun with it!
✦ You're free to transfer a previous design to one of my species, so long as it doesn't break the TOS of the original design/species.
✦ Again, there's no masterlist, so it's up to individuals to maintain proof of ownership.🌺 PAYMENT 🌺
✦ Prices are in USD and I accept payment through PayPal or Stripe.
✦ One-week holds by default, extensions are available if asked. Deactivation nullifies any holds.
✦ 100% Refunds are only offered for species adopts within 14 days of purchase.
✦ By agreeing to send payment, you understand that you are purchasing digital goods.🌺 MISC PERMISSIONS 🌺
✦ So long as you always give me credit for the species, you may sell your own adoptables and customs.
✦ You can use your own adoptable/art TOS.
✦ You're free to host DTAs, raffles, giveaways, and contests.
✦ The traits/transfer/masterlist rules from the MYO section also apply to making adoptables/customs.
✦ Yes, you may resell my designs for however much you want.
✦ I don't allow for bases to be made from my art.
✦ I don't allow for my art, designs, or species to be used in AI generation.
✦ You may credit me as Kaylidae. You may credit me under the same username on DeviantArt and on Toyhou.se as well.
✦ My main account is VazlaKat. So any credit towards that account is valid too, but for species/adopts I'd prefer Kaylidae.
✦ If the design comes with commissioned art, it is your responsibility to make sure the artist allows for resale of their work.
✦ Yes, you may resell commissioned art I drew of the design. Preferably for the amount it was bought for.
✦ Likewise, credit isn't necessary if you're commissioned to draw one of my designs/species.
✦ My timezone is (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time.
✦ You can tag me whenever you draw or get art of your design. I'll favourite it, save it, and cherish it. <3🌺 CUSTOMS 🌺
✦ I'll make any custom so long as it doesn't break any species' or artist's TOS.
✦ I won't convert a preexisting fictional/live-action character into a design 1:1, but taking inspiration is fine.
✦ You will receive 2 WIP images for approval. You can ask for 1-3 minor revisions per WIP image, but not afterward.
✦ You can also request themes for your redesign customs. ie. Foods, elements, super natural, alternate-universes, palette-swap, genres, etc.
✦ I also accept fusion/hybrid customs where I combine pre-existing designs to make something new, so long as it's an IP (ie. Pokemon, Digimon, etc.), or designs you fully own.
✦ You can ask for the design to wear any kind of clothes, accessories, or other extras, but not multiple sets of outfits.
✦ Multiple forms (AU, transformations, etc) fall under the "redesign" category and will be charged respectively.
✦ My species listed here that have a second form won't be charged extra for it.}
